Every morning, you get up and are ready to start your day. When you can boost your metabolism, it gets your body burning calories. HIIT

If you haven’t heard of HIIT yet, it’s high intensity interval training. Essentially, this means that you are going to do a lot of work in a short period of time. You don’t give yourself a five or 10 minute break in between workouts – you have about 10 seconds to recover before you go into the next move. Spend about 10 to 15 minutes in HIIT. You can opt for planks, squats, burpees, and more. Go for one minute doing the work out of choice, rest for 10 seconds, and then go into a nether minute of another workout. Repeat and then start with two new workouts.

Core Workout

A good core workout is also important, and this can be the last five minutes of your morning workout. This is where you can plank, do stomach crunches, or even do mountain climbers, which is basically a plank where you run in place.

The best part about this morning routine is that it’s not going to take long. You can get in an amazing workout in 30 minutes or less. It’s all about staying active the entire time so that you can maximize the full 30 minutes.
